1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the golbat platform and the user of the platform ("Member" or "you"). By browsing the golbat.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Age Requirement and Eligibility

The golbat platform is intended only for individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by law in the area where you reside.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• The funds deposited into your account come from a legitimate source.

1.3 Right to Amend Terms

golbat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised Terms.

2.1 Account Creation Rules

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

golbat reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If required, you may need to submit one of the following valid identity documents:

• Passport

Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. golbat will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

2.4 Account Suspension or Cancellation

golbat may suspend or permanently cancel an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of illegal methods.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Use of abusive language or making threats against staff.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the golbat platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. To withdraw, you must:

• Have completed account verification.
• Have met the wagering requirements for any bonus.
• Attempt to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the golbat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable exchange rates and fees related to foreign currency conversion are the member's responsibility.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any payment is identified as fraudulent, disputed, or subject to a chargeback, golbat reserves the right to deduct that amount from the account and suspend the account. Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 applies the ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳18,000. This bonus must be wagered 15 times (15x) before any withdrawal can be made.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

General terms applicable to bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any bonus not used before expiry will be cancelled.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds in the account balance are kept separate from bonus-free funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

golbat's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's gaming activity. golbat sets the specific criteria for reaching higher tiers and these may change at any time.

4.4 Right to Cancel Promotions

golbat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion, bonus offer, or special benefit without prior notice. If a member abuses the bonus system, all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

golbat is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using certified technology (RNG). The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated software, or any other artificial means.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in a game.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate a game.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market and are displayed in the game interface. golbat reserves the right to temporarily adjust the betting limits of any member under special circumstances.

5.3 Technical Issues

• Reverse engineering or copying the platform's software.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all related policies, constitute the entire agreement between golbat and the member, and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
